With black olives and red onions and an olive oil and balsamic dressing

Tempura fried Sticky Teriyaki Beef Salad
Served on a red pimento, paw paw and beanshoot salad
with ginger, lemongrass, chilli and coriander

Crepe Suzettes
Flambéed in giant skillets and served with either Cointreau and brandy sauce, cerise Jubilee or caramelised bananas

Candy Floss
Sweet Chilli, coca cola, banana, strawberry, blue berry and American cream soda

Chocolate Fountain
Served with profiteroles, fudge, strawberries, pineapple and chocolate brownies
