NEXT's 25 Year Anniversary celebrations entailed two spectacular evening events held at the beautiful Stanford Hall, close to NEXT's headquarters. Smart Hospitality was asked to design contrasting menus for the two nights. The first night; a more formal seated dinner for 700 guests entailed a four-course bespoke menu, while the second night was a more relaxed affair when 1500 guests enjoyed a mouth-watering selection of funky bowl food followed by candy-floss and crêpes on the lawn.

Working with two different styles of menu and service styles on consecutive evenings meant careful planning and close liaison with the operations team. The event was a great success and a lot of fun!
