Having provided catering for GSK at a conference for 700 guests at Battersea Evolution, Smart Hospitality was asked back to cater for a smaller, but equally as important event, this time at The Troxy, a newly refurbished stunning 1930s art deco venue on Commercial Road. The theme of the event, 'A 1930s Cruise Liner' was influenced greatly by the venue, and this was also to be reflected in the menu. After extensive research through historic websites, (not the traditional reference material for our Executive Chef!), a menu was developed that used elements of the past with techniques of today! The menu received great reviews from both organisers and guests.
