Held at Battersea Evolution, Freddy Flintoff's Testimonial was a star-studied affair, with icons from the world of sport and beyond paying tribute to the young cricketing legend. The evening was topped off by a live, personal performance by the man himself, Sir Elton John.

The menu brief was for a vibrant, modern offering with hints of spring and summer. A menu was designed and created from scratch that blended Thai aromas to start, with Spring Welsh Lamb for main course, while Perthshire fresh raspberries finished off the culinary experience perfectly.
