Smart Hospitality was tasked with the job of producing a seasonal British menu, where the core ingredients could be traced back to the original UK producer. The prestigious event for 1,000 guests was attended by the likes of David Cameron, William Hague, Cilla Black and many other prominet Conservatives, rauising over £600,000 for the party.
